So its Christmas time…

You’re doing a dinner party and you overcooked, great. It wont be a party if you didn't, but how do you enhance all that lovely food you made, how do you make sure everyone of your guests have an appetite? simply said, you want your guests stomach to growl, tongue purified, mouth salivating and moods buzzing with festive spirits…
The solution? a cocktail drink that will do just that before dinner. (eye guarantee)
Enter Martinis, and it should be the first thing your guests have (provided they do drink that is) the drink should be cold, clear and crisp with hints of juniper and citrus, might i also suggest serving this on very chilled martini glasses.
The recipe:
  1. prepare a half pint glass of ice
  2. pour 3 parts Gin/Vodka, 1/2  part dry vermouth into ice glass
  3. stir for 10 seconds
  4. strain and serve over chilled martini cocktail glass
  5. garnish with olives/squeeze of lemon peel
We know for a fact that in our hot climate the drink will warm down before its half finished, i suggest making a few batch in a carafe and have it sit on ice, the images below should give you an idea what we’re on about.
